Howard Balter, Chairman

Mr. Balter currently serves as Chairman of eXact Advertising, LLC, an on-line contextual and search-engine marketing company. Mr. Balter was the Chief Executive Officer of Net2Phone, Inc. from January 1999 through October 2001 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 1999 through October 2001. Prior to his employment with Net2Phone, Inc., Mr. Balter served as Chief Operating Officer of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) from 1993 through 1998, Chief Financial Officer of IDT from 1993 through 1995 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDT from 1996 through 1999.

Steven Esses

Mr. Esses is a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Aerotech Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTX), a company that provides quality defense and security products for the military, law enforcement and homeland security markets. Previously, Mr. Esses served as a principal with Stillwater Capital Partners, Inc., a New York-based investment research and advisory company (hedge fund) specializing in alternative investment strategies. He has acted as an independent consultant to both new and existing businesses in the areas of finance and business development, as well as founding and operating of a variety of businesses both in the U.S. and in Israel.

Elan Zivotofsky

Mr. Zivotofsky is a Senior Vice President in the Lehman Brothers Investment Banking Division, based in Tel Aviv. Prior to joining Lehman, Mr. Zivotofsky was a portfolio manager at Oasis Capital Management, a global, multi-strategy hedge fund. Prior to Oasis, he was a Vice President in Equity Research and Israel office manager for Goldman Sachs. He spent four years (1998-2002) at Goldman Sachs as an analyst specializing in US/Israeli technology companies, primarily focusing on Telecommunications Equipment, Software/Internet infrastructure and semiconductor related companies. He has held positions with UBS, as an equity research analyst focusing on Israel/US technology companies, Morgan Stanley, where he researched technology of the software and IT services sector, and J&W Seligman, where he helped manage portfolios.
